The current manual lab allocation system consists of too much overhead. It not only takes up extra human resources, but it also comprises of several inconveniences which make it difficult to focus on the primary goal of teaching. The redundancies and discrepancies caused by the lab system can spill over to a domino effect within the staff in the department. This amounts to avoidable human errors or loss of time due to menial administrative tasks. In meeting the demands of a viable solution to the problem at hand, a tool in web-based learning has been proposed.

Depending on the result of the survey modifications can be made to the system, if necessary, accordingly. The two graphs in Figure 7 and Figure 8 are results of conducting UT by subjects and grade levels. A weighted average was taken from the answers provided by the students to determine the final percentage level. The same number of students can be classified in both of these: students enrolled in a subject or by their year level of study. However, it may be the case the same student who replied in the latter graph may not be enrolled in one of the subjects in the first graph.
